2:1 hour long personal training sessions with either one of DNA PT trainers Dan or Adele. So bring your partner or a friend along to your session, for just £5 on top of your PT session fee. Use our services within a gym (Riverhills Health Club). Membership of the gym isn't not required to train with us there.
